The House of Representatives Minority Caucus has reconstituted its leadership following a consensus among opposition parties represented in the Green Chamber, in accordance with the Standing Orders of the House.

The leadership team is headed by Rep. Frederick Agbedi as Minority Leader, with Rep. Abdussamad Dasuki as Deputy Minority Leader and Rep. Mansur Manu Soro as Minority Whip. Rep. George Ozodinobi retained his position as Deputy Minority Whip.

The Minority Leadership plays a vital role in legislative debate, scrutiny, consensus-building, and the effective representation of alternative viewpoints within Nigeria’s parliamentary democracy.
