Ikole-Ekiti | Monday, November 3, 2025 -The AOA Constituency Office has announced the commencement of the Second Edition of the AOA Bursary Programme, an educational support initiative conceived to ease the financial burden on students from Ekiti North 1 (Ikole/Oye) Federal Constituency who are pursuing tertiary education.
The programme is designed as a complementary intervention to the ongoing efforts of the Federal Government and the Ekiti State Government in supporting students through initiatives such as the NELFUND Student Loan Scheme and the Ekiti State Bursary Programme.
According to the Constituency Office, the bursary provides modest financial assistance to eligible students to support their academic journey and promote equal access to quality education.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
– Be bona fide indigenes or residents of Ekiti North 1 (Ikole/Oye) Federal Constituency.
– Be currently enrolled in an accredited tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, or college of education).
– Provide valid proof of studentship
– Provide proof of indigeneship or residency within the constituency.
– Demonstrate good academic standing and character.
Application Period:
Applications open on November 4, 2025, and close at 6:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025. There will be no extensions beyond the deadline.
