The AkinỌmỌAkin Constituency Office cordially invites the public to the commissioning of the upgraded Oba D.B. Ogunsakin Memorial Satellite Campus in Ayedun-Ekiti.
This achievement is credited to the collective vision, unity, and sustained advocacy of HRM Oba Olufemi Aribisala, Obembe I Oraye Gbo-t’Edumare, Alaaye of Oke-Ayedun, HRM Oba Solomon Ilesanmi Ajibade, JP (Ajigbotoluwa I), Owa of Odo Ayedun, and the late HRM Oba David Babatunde Ogunsakin, Elesun of Esun-Ekiti. Their steadfast dedication and collaboration were pivotal in bringing this vision to life.
Before this intervention, the campus risked closure due to inadequate facilities, but to the glory of God, Rep. Akin Rotimi, Jr. has been able to facilitate the completion of the upgrade and renovation of this state-of-the-art facility, which now includes an administration block, sports complex, laboratory, ICT Centre, and other modern amenities, signifying a significant milestone in the development of our educational infrastructure.
With the approval of the Alaaye and the Owa, this upgraded facility is named in honor of the late Elesun, who was tragically murdered in January 2024, to immortalize his exceptional contributions to our community’s development.
The commissioning will be performed by HRM Oba Ayorinde Ilori-Faboro, Ajiboyede III, The Olojudo of Ido Ekiti, and Chairman, Ekiti State Council of Traditional Rulers.
