The House of Representatives through the Committee on Rules and Business has released the Order Paper for today’s plenary sitting, outlining a substantive legislative programme as the Third Session of the 10th National Assembly advances.
The sitting commences with the customary preliminaries, followed by the presentation of several key committee reports that set the stage for an intensive day of legislative work.
A major feature of today’s agenda is the presentation of reports on Constitutional Amendment Bills. The reports on the proposals spans eleven thematic areas.
The Order Paper also provides for the presentation of committee reports, as well as several bills scheduled for Third Reading.
In addition, the House will consider the Report on the Draft Resolutions on National Security Reform and Enhancement, reflecting ongoing efforts to strengthen national security architecture.
