Abuja, FCT | Saturday, July 5, 2025 – The House of Representatives is pleased to invite stakeholders, civil society organisations, professional bodies, development partners, the media, and the general public to a Public Hearing on the National Assembly Infrastructure and Property Agency (Establishment) Bill, 2025 (HB. 2072).
The public hearing, which is being hosted by the House Committee on House Services, aims to engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders in a consultative process to deliberate on the proposed legislation. The bill seeks to establish an independent agency responsible for the construction, development, and maintenance of infrastructure and properties of the National Assembly. This is in line with ongoing efforts to deepen legislative autonomy and enhance operational efficiency within the National Assembly.
Chairman of the Committee on House Services, Rep. Amos Daniel (PDP, Kaduna), stated that the hearing reflects the inclusive and participatory legislative ethos of the 10th Assembly.
