I was greatly devastated upon receiving the heartbreaking news of the passing of Tosin Adewumi. It is difficult to put into words the depth of pain and loss I feel.

Tosin was more than a dedicated legislative aide at the AkinỌmỌAkin Constituency Office – he was fiercely loyal, unwaveringly committed, and one of the earliest young people to believe in me and wholeheartedly commit to our shared vision. His passion for service, relentless work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

On Sunday, I visited his family to express my heartfelt condolences, but no words can truly fill the void his departure has left. His absence will be deeply felt, but his legacy of dedication and selflessness will continue to inspire.

May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may his family find strength, comfort, and solace in this difficult time.
