This legislative week, twenty-three new bills were introduced on the floor of the Green Chamber, covering a wide range of areas that directly impact our constituencies and national life, in alignment with the People’s House Legislative Agenda (2023 – 2027).

In this final edition for 2024, we highlight the sponsors and short titles of these bills, which have successfully scaled their first reading, as well as an executive bill that sought an extension of the capital component of the 2024 Appropriation Act to June 30, 2025.

The 10th House of Representatives remains steadfast in its commitment to updating our laws to reflect the evolving needs of Nigerians and the modern realities of our society.

Rep. Akin Rotimi, Jr.
