On Monday, we successfully held the Stakeholders Forum on Community Development Strategies, a program aimed at fostering collaboration and actionable solutions for the development of our communities.

Reflecting on the journey, I recall when we visited 40 communities during our campaign—listening to their needs and aspirations. Over a year in office, we have remained committed to engaging with these communities, identifying their priorities, and working together to create lasting solutions for sustainable progress.

The forum brought together key stakeholders, including:

Olori (Traditional Leaders’ Spouses), Iyalaje (Women Leaders in Trade), Iyaloja (Market Leaders), Eyelobirin (Women Group Leaders), Baba Egbe Omo Ilu (Community Elders), Community Youth Leaders, & Three Nominated Chiefs from each community.

This initiative reaffirms our dedication to inclusive governance and community-driven development.

A special appreciation goes to our Facilitator, Chief Ben Oguntuase, Chief Oladele Adeniyi, and Aremo Tunde Ogunleye for their invaluable presence and contributions to the event.

To all stakeholders and participants, thank you for your dedication and support. Together, we are building stronger, more resilient communities.

Our journey towards progress continues.
